Core Concepts

Understanding these fundamental concepts will help you get the most out of Flinkk One CRM. These concepts form the foundation of how the system works and how your sales processes flow.

Sales Pipeline

The sales pipeline is your visual representation of where deals stand in your sales process. It helps you track opportunities from initial contact through to closing.

Pipeline Stages

Flinkk One uses a standard sales pipeline with customizable stages:

  1. Discovery - Initial contact and qualification
  2. Negotiation - Discussing terms and requirements
  3. Proposal Sent - Formal proposal delivered to prospect
  4. Contract Sent - Agreement sent for signature
  5. Closed Won - Deal successfully closed
  6. Closed Lost - Deal lost to competitor or abandoned
