Room Availability

Room Availability shows the status of hotel rooms across destinations and properties for inventory-based tenants. It uses the connected inventory system to keep booking and pricing information accurate.

How it works?

• First select a destination; the hotel list is filtered to that location.
• Then search and select the hotel by name to see its room availability.
• The room availability grid will show all the rooms of that hotel grouped by the room types
• On hovering the room types, Minimum and maximum capacity of that room type is displayed
• The connected, next and opposite to rooms are color coded with tags
• On hovering/clicking on the calendar grid the prices and all the details of that part

Integration with quotations

Room availability data feeds directly into the quotation system to ensure allocations match actual inventory and reduce double-booking.
