Get up and running with Flinkk One in minutes. This guide will walk you through the essential steps to start managing your sales pipeline effectively.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure you have:

  • An active Flinkk One account
  • Access credentials provided by your administrator
  • A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)

Signing In

  1. Navigate to one.flinkk.io (opens in a new tab)
  2. Enter your email address and password
  3. Click Sign In to access your dashboard

Understanding the Interface

Manage your sales pipeline, leads, opportunities, and customer relationships.

Getting Help with Flinkk Assistant

Flinkk Assistant is your AI-powered companion throughout your journey. Access it by looking for the chat icon in the bottom right corner of your screen.

Your First Steps

1. Create Your First Lead

Navigate to CRM > Leads > All Leads and click + New Lead. Fill in the essential information:

  • First Name and Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Lead Source

2. Convert Lead to Opportunity

Once a lead shows interest, click Convert to Opportunity to move them into your sales pipeline.

3. Create a Quotation

From an opportunity, click Create Quote to generate a professional quotation with:

  • Traveller information
  • Package details
  • Pricing breakdown
